Lists the Orphaned Balloons in the active drawing.

The following dialog opens:
Click on a orphaned balloon record to select one of the following view
options:
- Select: Selects the
balloon in the drawing.
- Zoom: Zooms into the
selected balloon.
- Isolate: Isolates the
balloon in the drawing.
These view options are to assist the user when Removing orphaned
balloons from the drawing and database.
